RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each item is made to order with care and personalised to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/returns or exchanges for a change of mind on personalised items. Please double-check all details carefully before submitting your order.
However, if your item arrives and there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in the personalisation), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for errors made during checkout (e.g. incorrect name or spelling submitted).
- Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in wood grain, colour, or placement, as these are natural characteristics of handmade timber items.
Items may slightly vary from the photos due to lighting, monitor display settings, and the natural grain and texture of the wood.
If a return is approved (for a non-personalised item):
- We will provide instructions on how and where to return the items
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
